Message: I just want you to know what a special team you have and how very greatful I was to be in Moorhead MN, when my 2001 Kia Sportage broke down on May 14, 2010.
I was directed to your dealership by the Kia roadside rep, Holly. I was greeted warmly by Victor in the service dept. who honestly let me know my options. When my car repairs were going to be costly he gave me time to think. I chose to trade in my car and then met Randy Doffin who was very professional and helpful. I can’t leave out Todd Poltny who went above and beyond to get me a loan. Finally, even though quitting time on a friday night was coming close, both Randy and Todd made sure I was safely on my way back to Pennsylvania. I have been very satisfied with my 2010 Kia Sportage and have been singing the praises of the men of Muscatell Kia.

My experience with Mike at Ward Muscatell Kia in Moorhead, MN was probably the most pleasant new vehicle buying event I’ve had and the soul is my 15th new vehicle. A fair price, no added charges, no pressure and Mike knows the soul inside out. Very rare, I do a lot of research and usually know the product better than the sales person and that does not make me comfortable. An amazing product, my son has a BMW Z3 and had an Audi 100S, both sold in the mid 30K range when new, he felt the quality feel, driving feel etc. was the equal of them. Very happy with the soul.

I bought an 08 Kia Spectra back in November and couldn’t be more satisfied with the vehicle and services provided to me! Your #1 goal is customer satisfaction and I don’t believe any other dealer in the Fargo/Moorhead area compares!! My next vehicle will definitely be a vehicle from Muscatell Kia! THANKS AGAIN!!!

My husband and I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan from Mike Aguilar last June. We loved the fact that he wasn’t a pushy salesman and didn’t make us feel like we HAD to buy. We have told many many people to go talk to Mike and the sales people at Muscatell because of the great service we received.
